Real Estate Intern

Real Estate Brokerage and Development company seeks a motivated intern that is eager to start a new career and gain experience in real estate.

Start a career in Real Estate and become a Licensed Sales Associate! All pre-licensing education fees will be covered in exchange for your time and commitment. The intern will perform a variety of entry-level professional administrative work, as well as collaborate with the VP of Marketing to build and maintain all online and print marketing endeavors. Periodic site visits will be required, and intern may be required to assist President or VP in meetings and presentations with current and prospective clients. Intern will learn valuable sales approaches, clienteling techniques and best practices for a successful career in real estate sales.

We are a casual and laid-back office environment, and can be flexible based on the candidate’s existing academic commitments and requirements.

  • An interest in Real Estate and a strong desire to learn
  • Ability to focus and complete multiple tasks simultaneously with some interruption
  • Superior time-management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or currently-enrolled in Bachelor’s Program preferred
  • Excellent writing and communication skills required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Outlook required
  • Proficiency with Intuit QuickBooks preferred, but not required

Part-time Social Media Manager

Our long-established development company and real estate brokerage seeks a social media manager that is eager to work in the construction and real estate industries.

The manager will oversee all company social media accounts as well as collaborate with the VP of Marketing to build and maintain all online and print social media marketing endeavors. Active listing and construction site visits will be required, and manager may be expected to assist President or VP in presentations with current and prospective clients as well as in the creation and preparation of digital and printed marketing materials and promotion of any company-sponsored events.

Should the candidate be interested in pursuing a career in Real Estate as a Licensed Sales Associate, appropriate sales and educational training can also be provided.
